Service Objective

The home massage service aims to provide clients with comfort and relaxation in the comfort of their own home. Massages are performed by certified professionals trained in various massage techniques to ensure a safe and effective experience.

Safety Policies for the Massage Therapist

Safe work environment: The client must provide a clean, safe, and adequately lit space so that the massage therapist can perform their work comfortably and safely. The space must have sufficient ventilation and be at a comfortable temperature. The client must ensure that there are no dangerous or messy objects in the massage area.

In order to provide maximum security to our clients and masseuses, we have implemented a set of protection measures:

Continuous monitoring:

We maintain constant communication with our masseuses through calls and text messages, periodically checking their location and status.

GPS Location:

Each masseuse carries a GPS device that allows us to track their location in real time, facilitating an immediate response to any unforeseen event.

Emergency button:

Massage therapists have a discreet emergency button that allows them to directly contact the police authorities in case of emergency. This additional measure reinforces the security of all parties involved.

Professional behavior of the client:

The client must treat the massage therapist with respect and professionalism at all times. The client is expected to maintain appropriate behavior during the massage, avoiding any type of sexual advances or harassment. If the client exhibits inappropriate behavior, the masseuse has the right to end the service and leave the home.

Open communication:

The massage therapist will communicate with the client before and during the massage to discuss their needs and preferences. The client must inform the massage therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect the massage. The massage therapist can adapt the massage techniques according to the client's specific needs.

Confidentiality:

All personal information of the client, including their medical history, will be treated with strict confidentiality by the massage therapist. The massage therapist will not disclose the client's personal information to third parties without their express consent.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

The client can cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event that the massage therapist cannot make the appointment, the client will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.

Payments

Payment for the massage service must be made in advance, through the Latinsydney Administration.
The client may request a receipt for the service provided.

Complaints and suggestions

All complaints and suggestions will be carefully reviewed and appropriate measures will be taken to improve the quality of service.

Responsibility

The home massage company is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the service.
The client is responsible for their personal belongings during the service.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these policies will be resolved exclusively in the courts of NSW SYDNEY AUSTRALIA.
